Langley Knights host Mission’s Outlaws

Langley’s junior B hockey team’s awful season is winding down.

The junior B Langley Knights go into Thursday’s (Jan. 14) home game at the George Preston Recreation Centre with a 4-29-0-2 record.

The Knights will be taking on Mission City with a 7 p.m. opening puck drop.

This game comes on the heels of the Knights’ 7-0 loss to the Outlaws Saturday at the Mission Leisure Centre.

It’s been a miserable Pacific Junior Hockey League season for the Knights, who last year made the playoffs with a 23-19-1-1 record, good for second in the PJHL’s Harold Brittain Conference.

This year, the Knights are a whopping 21 points back of the Harold Brittain’s fourth-place team, the Ridge Meadows Flames (13-15-2-3).
