Lock the doors, hide the children in the basement, fortify your home, rally the troops: there has been an at-sea collision between a LNG carrier and a container (boxship) carrier and disaster is impending.
The environment is doomed, as is all life in the sea.
But wait! Online photos clearly show the effectiveness of the the double-hulled LNG carrier.
Perhaps a visual will wake up the LNG naysayers to reality. All is not lost.
An accident, if it happens on the B.C. coast, LNG or oil, will be self-contained within the ship’s hull, negating the disaster scenario.
