Letter: Sky turned grey with dust from coal trains

Dear Editor,

We have lived in Langley for more than 40 years. Until today, I had never realized what the anti-coal-trains lobby was all about.

At 4 p.m., as I was driving north on Glover Road in Langley, there was a loaded coal train travelling south towards Roberts Bank.

The sky was grey with coal dust!

The railways have to place covers on those coal cars.
