Langley Cruise-In: the show must go on

A car club member isn’t sure if the Langley Good Times Cruise-In can work in Aldergrove but is willing to give it a try.

Dear Editor,

I feel that it would be a shame not to have the Cruise-In as it to me is an iconic part of the classic car enthusiast community. I own two classic cars as well I am a member of three car clubs.

The show brings people from all over the West Coast together to show their cars, and also share ideas and stories of how their cars came to be the way they are today.

I’m sure there is a lot of revenue produced from the event for the local hotels and restaurants as well as the other businesses in the area.

Good luck in the forthcoming quest to ensure that the show goes on.

I’m not quite sure how it will work in Aldergrove as it is not really as conducive to this type of event, but I guess we will see.

Bill Ronalds, Aldergrove
