NW Langley and Willowbrook could have cloudy water

Langley Township sent out this notice Monday mid-morning about possible water turbidity:

Residents in the area of northwest Langley and Willowbrook may experience turbidity in their tap water on Monday, May 11.

If you do notice any increases in turbidity, please be reassured that it is from in-system and is not considered a health concern.

This turbidity is due to testing of a necessary flow reversal to allow activation of the new Barnston-Maple Ridge Pump Station. The flow reversal test is expected to last 24 hours.
