About two dozen people turned up to a Harperman singalong on Sept. 17 at Douglas Park in Langley City. Harperman is a political protest song, posted online by a federal employee who has since been disciplined. About 40 communities held singalongs to voice support for the man and show opposition to the Conservative government. Many have online videos. Voters go to the polls Oct. 19.
