Elderly Aldergrove man missing

Langley Mounties are asking for help to find an elderly Aldergrove man who hasn’t been since last week.

Robert Harvey Brooks does not appear to have been back to his apartment since Nov. 29, possibly longer, said Cpl. Holly Marks, spokesperson for the Langley RCMP.

His family contacted police after not hearing from him for some time. Police checked his home, Marks said.

It is possible Brooks is in the Vancouver area visiting friends, but it is odd that he has not made contact with his family, said Marks.

Brooks is 74 years old, 5’9” and weighs 165 pounds. He no longer wears glasses, Marks said.

If you have information that might assist police to locate Brooks, call the Langley RCMP at 604-532-3200.
