A Langley greenhouse is opening its doors for one day this weekend, in an open house to celebrate its 30th anniversary.
Bevo Farms is hosting guided tours of its 98-acre site. A little less than half the site is devoted to greenhouses, where visitors will be able to see some of the seedling cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, and bedding plants that the company is growing right now.
“It’ll be a first-class event,” said Gord Vandeburgt, of the farm’s projects department.
Refreshments will be served to visitors.
The open house event is Saturday, Oct. 1 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 22350 Highway 10.
