The sod turning took place Tuesday, Nov. 21, with Otter Co-op Board members, CEO Jack Nicholson, and Director of Operations Mike Will in attendance, along with Steven Bartok from Keystone Architects and Ed Kobes from Mierau Contractors. Construction of the facility is now underway, with a planned opening for late 2018.
