On one of the hottest days of the year, men dressed in black from head to toe surrounded an apartment complex on Eastleigh Crescent Friday afternoon.

Involved in the incident was also the dog unit and Langley RCMP members.

Residents at the scene said they were told to stay in their homes. From about 1:30 p.m. to almost 3 p.m. the Timms centre was under lock-down.
