This weekend's pro tournament has golfers vying for a $15,000 pro purse.

Langley's Pagoda Ridge Golf Course is hosting the Vancouver Golf Tour final tournament of the year this weekend.

The Vancouver Player's Championship Pro-Am runs Saturday and Sunday (Sept. 29-30) and will feature 40 of B.C.'s top professional golfers gunning for a $15,000 pro purse.

The tournament will declare the year end Order of Merit champion

Spectators are welcome.

Located at 7887 264th St., Pagoda Ridge has been open since Aug. 1 and after almost two full months of operation, has received positive response from the golfing public, according to the course.
