The Olympic Games in London brings so many emotions to me: the sense of pride at seeing our Canadian athletes represent all of us so courageously; the heart-warming and heart-breaking stories that occur daily to these role models who have achieved their ultimate goal; the passion I see come alive in my children as they dream of one day competing; and the special connection I have with my family as we cheer, sing and despair together as we watch every event together.

There is no other event that can compare.
