Politics at the provincial level is heating up during the fall.
Gail Chaddock-Costello, who is seeking the Fort Langley-Aldergrove NDP nomination, is hosting a series of public meetings Oct. 4, 16 and 29.
The first is tonight (Thursday, Oct. 4) running 7-9 p.m. at the Wired Monk, 20330 88th Ave.
It will focus on transportation although other issues can be brought up at any of the meetings.
The second meeting centred on heritage and culture will be at Village Coffee and Tea in Fort Langley, 23343 Mavis Ave.
Her third meeting is at the Milsean Tea Shoppe, 2900 272nd St. and focuses on issues related to women, child care and early learning. MLA Sue Hammell, the NDP critic for women's issues, child care and early learning will be there.
The NDP nomination vote is at 2 p.m. on Nov. 4 at the United Steelworkers Hall, 9292 200th St.
