Dear Editor,
Langley Township's machinations to support TWU's request to build a law school on a sensitive area of the Salmon River floodplain were impervious to reasoned criticisms from Langley citizens who value and live along the Salmon River.
Alas, what mere Langley citizens could not stop will ironically be accomplished by out-of-town lawyers under the aegis of the Canadian Council of Law Deans, and for free.
In short, TWU's anti-gay covenant between students and the school will make their law graduates unemployable, and of course make their law school redundant.
The Salmon River residents and the fish applaud this generous act of the Council of Canadian Law Deans.
