Little dragon An enthusiastic Walter Chan, two, proudly presented his paper creation during Tuesday's celebration of the Year of the Dragon at Muriel Arnason Library. This year marked the Willoughby library's fourth annual Lunar New Year event. Families were invited to make a dancing dragon craft and a lucky envelope while enjoying traditional food during this free, drop-in program.
