A full array of festivities took place near the 'Horseshoe Trail' display at Willowbrook Shopping Centre.

The Willowbrook Shopping Centre hosted a kids party with an equine theme on Jan. 19.

Little ones between the ages of three and 13, along with their parents and guardians, gathered at the mall for an afternoon of games, crafts, activities, displays, and food.

Festivities were held near the mall's "Horseshoe Trail" where Langley Arts Council's Horsing Around Langley Exhibit is on display until Feb. 3.

The exhibit features life-size horse sculptures transformed into art by local artists.

According to the Willowbrook Shopping Centre, Horsing Around is a Langley Arts Council year-long public art initiative "that brings together the agricultural, arts, and cultural communities to raise awareness and funds for arts in Langley."
