The Langley Seniors Resource Centre held a session entitled Successful Aging on Wednesday to educate seniors, their families, and caregivers.

The two-hour forum covered topics about how to maintain health and discovering resources available in the Langleys to allow individuals to live at home as long as possible.

Speakers came from Langley Home Health and included Cindy Cornish, Nirmal Dhaliwal, and Shannon Ediger.

A diverse group attended, including seniors from the centre, health care practicioners, and members of the public.
