McKenna Nickel of Walnut Grove returned from Penticton's annual Ogopogo Skating competition last weekend with the silver medal in the Senior Bronze Ladies event, and also finished sixth in bronze interpretive skating. She was joined by fellow Cloverdale Skating Club members Madison Borthwick (finished seventh in pre-preliminary ladies), Kaitlin Chamberlain (seventh, preliminary ladies), Emily Bickel (competitor, preliminary ladies), Melissa Schreiber (eighth, Senior Bronze Ladies), and Peyton Molberg (participant in the performance evaluation program).
