Langley Township wants to know what you think about how films and TV are made around the community.
A public open house will be held on two days early next month to gather input from residents, to update the Township's Filming Guidelines.
The guidelines haven't been updated or reviewed since 2007.
Langley has been the site of filming numerous movies, straight-to-DVD releases, and TV shows over the past two decades.
Some film and TV productions have occasionally clashed with neighbours, over noise and light impacts, and even over loud bangs caused by explosions for action sequences.
Information on the filming guidelines and staff from the Township will be on hand at both open houses.
Comments will be invited on proposed changes to the guidelines.
The events are open to any Township resident. They will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 4-8 p.m., at the Fort Langley Fire Hall, 23137 96th Ave., and on Thursday, March 7, 4-8 p.m., at the Brookswood Fire Hall, 20355 32nd Ave.
