This weekend, the Agri-Plex building at Cloverdale fairgrounds will be transformed into a mecca for anyone into spinning, weaving, felting, knitting, rug hooking, lace making, dyeing, tapestry making, basket weaving, or other related fibre crafts.

The ninth annual Fibres West event is being held at the exhibition grounds on Friday and Saturday, March 17 and 18, from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The event features dozens of vendors from B.C. and Alberta, including Langley’s Kensington Prairie Farms, Butterfly Fibres, Catalpa Cottage Crafts, and Langley Yarns and Crafts. The day also includes demonstrations and classes. Admission fees and info at: www.fibreswest.com.
