Langley’s flight museum showing cheesy aviation films

A fun, family evening includes strawberry treats and flight flicks.

The Canadian Museum of Flight is offering up some strawberry shortcake and other strawberry treats with some really cheesy pairings.

The museum has its Strawberry Everything Social and Movie Night with cheesy aviation movies being shown on Saturday and even strawberry popcorn.

The museum is showing two vintage aviation movies after an airplane cartoon.

Adult tickets are $12 while kids 12 and younger get in for $5. They can be purchased at the door, 5333 216th St.

The June 24 event runs 6 to 9 p.m. at the museum which is located at the Langley Regional Airport. Learn more about the museum at www.canadianflight.org.

The museum is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily and houses a massive collection of aviation history.
