Chef Dez is a Government certified Red Seal Chef and Cookbook Author with a passion for working with people, and a greater passion for food! He has worked through years of intense kitchen training and creativity in a number of restaurants and a 4 star hotel, and currently operates a Chef Business that specializes in culinary instructional classes for adults, enthusiastic live cooking shows at many events in British Columbia, and food writing for numerous publications.
His food column "Chef Dez on Cooking" currently runs every second week in more than 50 communities across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and Washington State. His cookbooks "Chef Dez on Cooking, Volume One & Volume Two" are bound collections of these food columns, with hundreds of corresponding recipes.
