Milestones Langley hosts various fundraisers over the past year, having supported prostate cancer, autism and more. A customer appreciation patio party on Sept. 11 raised about $10,300 for the Valley Therapeutic Equestrian Association. The Langley-based group helps mentally and physically disabled people from around the Lower Mainland. This is the second time Milestones has held an event with proceeds going to the group. VTEA president Lance Nadeau and the restaurant’s lead host Reiko Peach joined forces to sell 50/50 tickets.
