Dear Editor,
People are disgusted with the antics of teachers and their lack of professionalism.
It is really frustrating to know that my daughter in Grade 7 is not being properly prepared for high school because of this "job action" that I call an illegal strike.
It really angers me to see the absolute arrogance from some of the teachers, usually the "old guard," who think the world owes them more for their brilliance.
I think there is some dissent in the ranks; not all of them think they are more important than the rest of society, and think they should get on with their jobs.
BCTF president Susan Lambert is completely out of touch with reality and should be voted out. As long as she is there, the public, and more importantly, parents will never support or respect them.
Wake up, teachers.
