The latest in a string of brazen liquor store thefts that started in the summer has hit a popular Aldergrove pub.
On Sept. 24, at about 5:45 p.m., three men entered the Fox and Hound Pub's beer and wine store in the 26400 block of 32nd Avenue, said Cpl. Holly Marks, spokesperson for the Langley RCMP.
The men grabbed an unknown number of liquor bottles and simply ran out the back door. This follows thefts in the Langley City and Willowbrook areas over the summer in which thieves grabbed expensive bottles of vodka and bolted, in one case attacking a store clerk.
In this case, there was no confrontation with the staff.
All three suspects are described as being in their early 20s. Two are Caucasian and the other man may be First Nations. The first man had short blond hair and wore a black sweater and jeans, the First Nations man was slightly taller and wore a black sweater and track pants. There was no description of the third man's clothing.
Anyone with information on the theft can call the Langley RCMP at 604-532-3200, or to leave an anonymous tip with
