Dear Editor,

I'm sure I speak for many of my Walnut Grove neighbours when I say that the speed at which some cars travel on some of our streets is simply unacceptable.

Three streets - 88th Avenue, 96th Avenue, and 208th Street - in particular are being used as a raceway by some drivers.

I run along portions of these streets almost every day, and it is getting to be downright scary.

Could we please have some intense traffic surveillance? I assure you that whoever is going to be writing the tickets will be extremely busy, as most of those speeding bullets are being driven with an "N" on the rear and the driver on the phone.

This is a tragedy just waiting to happen.
