Details are still coming in about an "emerging" incident that is diverting traffic around a chunk of Fraser Highway.

A section of the Fraser Highway is closed off late Friday afternoon, Mounties announcing that "an emerging police incident" is unfolding.

As a result, Const. Craig Van Herk is reporting traffic will be diverted, with Fraser Highway blocked between 264th and 268th Streets is cluse to traffic.
