The newest auxiliary constables for the Langley RCMP graduated June 9 in a special ceremony at Langley Secondary School in front of proud family and friends.

The 18 auxiliary constables were inspected by dignitaries such as RCMP Supt. Derek Cooke, who also presented them with badges, and Township Councillor Grant Ward.

The graduating class was made up of Tom Bergerman, Chantelle Chapman, Laurie-Anne Chow, Dominic Fricker, Carly Godlien, Molly Green, Derek Humeniuk, Jason Kroeker, Deborah Perkes, Johnathon Perkins, Mark Peterse, Marlene Pukanich, Rebecca Stevens, Aaron Tarnes, Courtney Twolan, Cari Vanston, Tommy Varga and Rick Wallace.
