Advance Travellers - July 5, 2012

Melissa H. Clark took her Langley Advance with her to Queen Elizabeth II’s jubilee celebrations in England… but she noted, “The rain was so miserable, I only took a photo of the paper with me at Stonehenge!” She did, however, include some of her photos of the celebrations, for our enjoyment back home. Her Advance Traveller submission includes the commentary: “I was right at the fence for the procession, however. I took video when the Queen returned to the palace… The balcony scene was amazing. Two items scratched off my bucket list!” After England, she headed to Ireland for another week. “No rain!” she added, exultantly.
